If you’ve just received your kit and are wondering where to start, you’ve come to the right place.  Our quick demo videos are designed to give you a basic overview of the BACnet Gateway and our I/O.

Setting your IP address to the correct range

In order to access the Gateway’s web-based user interface, we need to alter your computer’s IP address to be in the correct range.

The default IP of the Gateway is 192.168.0.100. Follow the video to set your computer’s IP address and access your new Gateway for the first time.

Deleting WEMS wireless devices and BACnet objects

In our final ‘Get Started’ video, we cover off how to delete points, BACnet objects or wireless devices in the correct manner. Removing them incorrectly can result in your devices being out of service and affecting the correct function of your control strategies built upon the wireless I/O.
